Video Sessions launched!
Along with Professor Karina Pimentel and Professor Rita Patron, we were excited to announce the program to the students of Architectural Design 6 at the beginning of 2020. But, due to the pandemics, classes were interrupted. We didn’t stop the plan, and videos were launched during the first semester, in a way that students could keep involved and developing their projects remotely.
With the assistance of the simulation process inside BIM Autodesk Revit, they can perform analysis from climate interactions with the building mass. After preliminary evaluations, the building modeling is further analyzed at the Sefaira plugin, in the aspects of sunlight exposure and heat balance towards energy efficiency.
